Hello! I’m Vera Bartasavich, founder of Health Education 4U, LLC. I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations understand how lifestyle choices can positively impact health and well-being. With a diverse background in corporate food regulatory affairs, university teaching, private practice education, and clinical health education, I bring a broad perspective to my work.
I work in an outpatient endocrinology clinic at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, where I have gained valuable experience supporting individuals managing blood glucose-related health conditions and lifestyle behaviors. I am a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES®) and a Nutrition and Dietetic Technician, Registered (NDTR) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I hold two master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Health Education and Promotion and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education.
My expertise includes engaging face-to-face presentations as well as online university-level instruction. I specialize in evidence-based health education strategies that help individuals develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to make sustainable lifestyle changes, particularly when managing high blood glucose.
I believe successful behavior change begins with education, personalized goal setting, and practical coping strategies. By empowering individuals to identify their own goals and build skills for success, I help create meaningful, lasting changes that support lifelong health.
